Doty Qualifies for DII Men's Golf Central/Midwest Regional

Ty Doty Qualifies for NCAA Division II Men's Golf Central/Midwest Regional

The NCAA announced the field of 80 teams and 32 student-athletes competing as individuals that have been selected to participate in the Central/Midwest regional competition of the 2025 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championships. Regional play will be conducted May 8-10 as °µºÚ±¬ÁÏÍø junior men's golfer  (South Elgin, Ill./South Elgin) was selected as an individual to compete at the competition. 

"Ty has had an amazing season and this is well deserved," Head Coach  said. "He has worked really hard to get to this point. I am proud of this accomplishment for him and excited to see how he does!"

Doty is coming off a 14th place finish at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships April 20-22 where he shot a 220 (+3) during the three rounds throughout the tournament. Doty helped the °µºÚ±¬ÁÏÍø men's golf team to a third place team finish as the team made match play.
